You can print out the form and either bring it to the next tournament or mail it to the address listed on the form. 2012 Membership Fee is $60.00 per person NOTE: Membership Fee is for Chickasha Bassmasters ($10), The Bass Federation ($15), and FLW Outdoors ($35). Per Club Rules, you MUST be a FLW member.
